SC DSS Announces April Employees of the Month

June 4, 2018 -- The South Carolina Department of Social Services’ Employee of the Month programs recognizes staff whose work exemplifies our core principles: Competence, Courage and Compassion.

The four chosen for April were Wanda Branch, paralegal with Lexington County DSS; Leslie Clark, Region 4 Performance Coach; Laura Hammond, supervisor with the Adult Protective Services Program at Greenville County DSS; and Catherine Haselden, who works in Economic Services at the State Office. Region 4 includes Chesterfield, Clarendon, Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Georgetown, Horry, Lee, Marion, Marlboro, Sumter, and Williamsburg counties.

Staff chosen for the Employee of the Month Program are awarded with lunch with the State Director along with other honorees, a dedicated parking space, a photo and write up displayed at State Office and a write-up sent to their community newspaper.
