SC DSS Acknowledges Employees of the Month

Feb. 5, 2019 -- The South Carolina Department of Social Services’ Employee of the Month program recognizes staff whose work exemplifies our core principles: Competence, Courage and Compassion.

The four chosen for December were: Sharese Kelly, an Eligibility Worker with York County DSS; Karl Long, Director of Internal Operations at State Office; Brianne Perry, Human Resources Liaison for Lexington County DSS; and Harry Shaw Senior Program Attorney with Child Support Services Division.

Staff selected for the Employee of the Month Program are awarded with lunch with the acting State Director along with other honorees, a dedicated parking space, a photo and write up displayed at State Office and a write-up sent to their community newspaper.
