Child Support Customer Service Portal
Introducing the new customer service portal.
It is a mobile version that can be accessed on your phone. Users can look at their case information, check appointment times, update basic information, view payment histories, and generate statements. Please watch the below video for a step-by-step guide on using the portal.
Please submit a Case Closure Request if you would like to close your case that does not yet have a support order established OR you no longer want the Child Support Services Division to be involved in your case.
Please submit a Case Dismissal Request if you would like for your case to be dismissed. This will stop any ongoing child support and forgive any arrears owed to you. You cannot change your mind in the future to request that any arrears be reinstated once a Dismissal Order has been filed. If you would like assistance from the Child Support Services Division in the future, you must submit a new application.
Request for Modification Review:
Please submit a Request for Modification Review if you would like for the Child Support Services Division to review your child support case for a possible modification.
