DSS Co-Sponsors Orangeburg Career Fair

Who: South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) Economic Services Workforce Development and Human Resources Team

 

What: DSS, along with other community partners, is sponsoring this job fair open to all, as well as recruiting social workers and other career areas. In addition, a Job Readiness Training session will be held Tuesday, July 18, 9:00 a.m. at the same location featuring workforce development seminars on Interviewing Skills, including Mock Interviews, Workshops on Resume Preparation and Dress for Success.

 

When: Career Fair, Thursday, July 20, 2017, 10am-1pm 

 

Where: River Oaks Convention Center, 514 Neeses Highway, Orangeburg, SC 29115

 

DSS has positions open in many areas. The agency especially needs people who are interested in careers in child welfare.  DSS’ Project HOPE will also be participating.
